       réalta san oíche dorcha
       gáire do gach clib
       amhrán do gach cloch ar an mbóthar
       cara othar
       a bhealach geal féin trí traochta domhan.

May she find
       a star in the dark night
       a smile for every tear
       a song for every stone on the road
       a patient friend
       her own bright way through a weary world.
