Just take a look at this dog (Canis lupus familiaris) look at those teeth built for ripping flesh apart, that nose for scenting prey, those clear, sharp hunter’s eyes, those whiskers… exactly what purpose do a  dog’s whiskers serve again? Anyhow take a look at this dog caught mid bark, halfway to a howl, ready to bow wow wow the world into submission. Yes it’s probably some human’s pet, there’s doubtlessly loyalty and affection involved; but when you look at this dog if you aren’t feeling completely knocked out and dazzled and ever so slightly intimidated, then you should be.
