The best revolutions turn cultural conventions upside down. They’re disorienting, uncomfortable, and confusing. They shift the way we understand the world. They create new art, dismiss old ways of thinking, disrupt societal norms, eliminate old laws, embrace new patterns of thought and behavior.
The worst revolutions treat Alice’s heads like Che’s apples.
