He said they need some shots. A band photo shoot.
I said Ohmygod. Oh. My. God. A band. I was feeling like Annie Leibovitz before she met the Stones. How I thought she might feel, because you can never know for sure.
I said What kind of band?
He said Upholsterers or something?
I said Upholsterers? I was thinking… I don’t really know what I was thinking by this time. I checked them out on facebook, they looked pretty cool, so I went along. I packed my Polaroid SLR, I wasn’t sure what I’d do – I’d just turn up and go with it, whatever it turned out to be.
When I arrived Will, I think he’s called Will — one of them must be called Will, he said A real Polaroid, well now things are looking up.
I said Hold that thought. I have an idea…
