You can remember winter, that never-ending miserable winter, or instead we could take a moment to enjoy life.

The persistent snuggle of a dog’s soft snout, enjoy it.
The sound of guitars played with festival passion, enjoy it.
The text from a teenager that makes you feel both worldly wise and ditsy, enjoy it.
Pistachio gelato, enjoy. Red geraniums outside the library, enjoy. Federico García Lorca, enjoy.
And should you be fortunate enough to see a small child jump for joy, a child with spiralling curls, jumping in a daisy dusted meadow, jumping like school is out for ever; then I implore you, take a moment to enjoy life.
