Worried that your skin looks older than you are?

Concerned about unsightly, dark, circles under your eyes?

Stressed out about sagging neck skin? We asked the experts at Utata for their advice.

Firstly stop squinting through that teensy view finder eyepiece. Repetitive squinty movements overwork your facial muscles and will form a groove around your eyes, a squinter’s wrinkle. Why not try a few days of shooting from the hip, or better still be like Jin and experiment with looking down through the roomy window of a twin lens reflex.

Secondly get more sleep. How many nights have you lain awake worrying about how to combine something from the fridge, with a shirt and muted colours (ip206), or a hanger, a Hitchcock icon and cinematic aspect ratio (ip86)? Iron Photographer anxiety has been shown to be one of the fastest growing causes of both adult hyperactivity and insomnia. Sit down, relax and eat a pastry instead; vignetted with a weapon (ip 69).

Finally get some fresh air. Make every day a Thursday, and take a walk. Look around you, these two here might depict beasts of burden, but they seem happy enough. Yes they have wrinkles, saggy necks, and more under-eye circles than a dart board,  but Jin saw them and photographed them and I’m glad because they really made me smile… more laughter lines .
