Measuring device
rustman
I respect the noble art of tinkering. I like the tactile, affectionate alchemy of reinvention — the process by which a rusty old thing finds new purpose, faded wires and all, by the oil-specked hand of someone patient enough to coax it out.
This portrait pleases me, with its balance of friendly, cool color. I like the confident expression on the man’s face. I have no idea what that treasure is, nor what it was built to do; but I like the way it feels to wonder about it. I like knowing that this part of the tale is just beginning.
