Something there is that doesn’t love a wall.” That’s according to Robert Frost, who’s usually a reliable source. But not this time.

Me, I love a wall. I love a wall that’s been around the block, so to speak. A wall that’s seen a bit of the world. A wall that’s been painted, banged into, repainted, knocked around, re-repainted, spattered and splattered and battered, and is still standing. Doing it’s wall thang.

This wall? This wall has character. This wall has some history. If I ever get caught committing treason and put up against a wall and shot, I hope it’s a wall like this one. And my final words? “Robert Frost can kiss my treasonous ass.”
