There are many things to like about this image — the rhythm of the cobblestones, the sense of friendly companionship, the gentle light.
But what I like best is that I can’t immediately tell whether it’s dawn or dusk, a beginning or an ending.
How fortunate we are to find another golden hour spilling along the path, lighting our way, warming our feet. How beautiful it is to walk on this road, in every season.
