Sometimes somebody says, That kid has an old soul. It’s one of those things people say when they have a feeling they can’t quite describe, a sense that someone near you, despite appearances, is wise.
But who decided that a kid so young is naturally anything but wise? Who told us that wisdom is something you only ripen into if you’re lucky enough to get old?
Forget about the age requirement. Here’s the truth: wisdom is something every kid already has in spades. It’s all about open eyes and fizz. And don’t let anybody tell you otherwise.
