Dara or

sea wall

There is something serene and yet dynamic about this scene. Sitting on a sea wall, with the greenness of the waves slapping and lapping against the concrete beneath her. All the better that she is dressed in red so that she stands out against the emerald waves. That her brown hair and knee-length boots almost merge into one, so that she is a sea of complementary colour.

Her head and feet pointing at the rippled water. The parting in her hair echoing the patterns in the waves.

She is the perfect picture, at one with the sea. Separate and above it and yet part of it.

Both at the same time.
