my relationship with light

It’s just light hitting film emulsion or sensor …

But it hits in a certain irresistible way. At a certain angle. With a certain glow.

Sometimes fleeting, at others constant and glaring, but it’s always there. Except when it’s not.

Without a doubt, wherever it goes, whether extinguished in the dying rays of sunset, or the satisfying click of the last light switch turned off at night, one thing is certain.

It  will be back, ready to be caught again at a slightly higher angle or with a subtly stronger glow.
