New Cat

You can never own a cat, but if you’re lucky a cat might just adopt you for a while.

Unlike dogs, who go along with pretty much anything as long as you keep reminding them you’re the top dog.  The idea of a top cat doesn’t exist outside of a children’s cartoon – that tells us a lot about cats.

They don’t run with the pack –  they’ve got a whole nine lives to get through. And when it’s in a bad mood, a cat can be catty, a right sourpuss.

There are cool cats and cats on hot tin roofs (but they’re not hot cats).

And this cat is definitely not crying over spilled milk. Because if this cat hasn’t already got the cream, you can tell from the look on its face that it’s only a matter of time.
