What I like best about this image is….
Actually, you can make up your own mind whether you prefer any of these:
– the light pooling on the paved sidewalk
– the geometry of rectangled shapes, nested, intersecting, cropping and framing the elements held within
– the aproned waitress waiting for cash
– the golden-sinewed lightbulbs in the centre frame
– the boy leaving the office through the cheerfully labelled office door
… but what I like best about this is something that is not there at all, it is something imagined that may never have taken place. It’s the moment when the the eyes of the girl at the ATM and the boy leaving the office meet and they fall in love.
