<![CDATA[<img src="http://static.flickr.com//__m.jpg"/><br/><p>At some point all sites where presentation matters have to do it &#8211; pick a browser engine that they will &#8220;build to&#8221; and for which they have a preference. The result, if one doesn&#8217;t,  is a mediocre site that, while trying to work on all browsers, works as desired on none. Utata has special needs because we store very little data on our own servers and must adjust everything to fit our design as we get it from its source.  </p>
<p>We have therefore decided that we will design for and support the following browser platforms:</p>
<p>1. As our preference: FireFox 1.5 or higher,  Windows or MAC.<br />
2. Also supported: Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher for Windows</p>
