The sign up process for a member page is quite straight forward but we do sometimes encounter problems.

The most significant problem is that the confirmation email we send to you is sometimes considered spam by email filters and is sent to the spam bin. First thing to do is to check to make sure that the confirmation email is in your inbox or that you can get to it.

If you have gone through the sign up process and have not received a confirmation email from us, please contact us directly and outline the problem.
