Nancy Ward

Bio

I have been playing photographer since my mother bought an old poloroid camera from a garage sale. She never bought film for it but it didn't matter to me at the time.

Then when I was 13 I bought a 110 camera with babysitting money and the rest is history. Eventually I scarfed my dad's brand new Canon AE-1 then finally buying my own with graduation money, I set off to Columbia College in Chicago for a BA in photography.

My senior year in college I realized that it was probably unlikely that I would get a decent job in photography so I globbed onto computer graphics as they brought in the Amiga computers.

Today, 20 years later, I work for a pharma company in their in-house art department doing multimedia graphics and I keep the photography to myself, well to myself and you guys.
