Is there an expiration date on a toy?

Today there is the Wii, computer games, Gameboys, XBoxes. Once upon a time there was a flat piece of wood shaped into a paddle and a small rubber ball. Decidely low-tech. And still gave kids as much fun as all the "plugged in" things of today.

Sometimes old is good.
