Taking an impressionistic stroll

Utata's weekend project is Blur (May 12 - 25, 2018). I went for a stroll intending to take no sharp photos.

Details
Slow shutter and over exposure erased many details, simplifying the image. Color replacement (Topaz Restyle, Terracotta Sun preset, 50% normal blending mode) recovered some details lost in the highlights.
