The string section is shown here getting ready to perform Tchaikovsky's Serenade for Strings at Saint Mark's Episcopal Church in Palo Alto.

The chamber music concert was delayed due to a traffic accident involving the 2nd violinist. Fortunately, it appears only the vehicle was damaged. Once things got settled down the performance was superb. The acoustics in the church were outstanding.

Also in the program were Dvorak's Serenade for Winds and J.S. Bach's Orchestral Suite No. 3. All in all, a great evening's music.
