I see wet people.

For the Utata color project: The color processing in this image is created by using a few Overlay and Soft Light layers. The first of the Overlay layers is further adjusted by setting the Hue slider all the way to the right - 180° opposite on the color wheel. All the layers are quite transparent. The colors which do remain, including the pale pinks on the paving, are natural to the image and are occasionally enhanced by playing with the erase tool on the various layers.
