Hmm, trying on a new title. (working title had been "See Evil 3".) Still, other suggestions would be most welcome.

Strobist info:
1 Canon MT-24EX twin lite (both heads) fired manually (alas, I don't recall the power settings, though I would say it was just a tad too hot), plus ambient for the rest of a 10 second exposure.
