I've been recovering....as well or better than expected, they say, from the wounds of surgery to remove something alien from my body. The word "curative" has been used more than once and that's a blessing that will let me focus on the road ahead someday. For now the only goal is to leave behind this limbo world of self-focus and self-care. I yearn for schedules and lists and all that hustle and bustle.
