I have a new found respect for models & for those who can shoot a truly decent self portrait. It's hard work! After a less than fruitful session this afternoon (figured I might as well make use of a new haircut) this is all I could come up with.

So how can I improve on this? It's not as sharp as it should be but I can't figure out how to get the focus right since I can't be behind & in front of the camera at the same time. Trying to find a suitable pose that doesn't look forced or self conscious (or just plain pants) is a problem too.

All advice & criticism is welcomed :-)
