At the water's edge, torn chain link and disintegrating docks prevail. Dead fish, killed by algae bloom and too much salinity, wash up constantly, creating a horrific stench that permeates clothing. Foreboding and ugly, the derelict ruin is in complete contrast to the beautiful spring day, white salt beach and blue water.
