NB: The biscuits, called "Tirggel" (rhymes with circle), are a local Swiss speciality which are enjoyed at Christmastime. They are VERY crunchy, almost hard, and have a delightful honey flavor. I am so very glad that one of the first shots I took worked out. I had to stop because I ate all the Tirggel!
