something sweet (chocolate)
something crunchy (sea salt)
dark (dark choc, dark shadow, darkish salt)

It occurred to me that I should add, just to avoid misunderstanding: the Lindt choc is made with the very fine fleur de sel, hand-skimmed sea salt, and not the rough grey salt I put in the photo (just for another dark element).
