Polyester horror

My fashion consultant (aka spouse) insists my accumulation of 1970's era polyester are horrors that should be disposed of. I thought the most unflattering lighting I could create might help this too-skinny shirt improve my image.

Utata's Iron Photographer 208 requests:
1 - something you really ought to throw away ('70s era polyester)
2 - a lid (From a box of tea, used to reflect flash)
3 - vignetting (black removed mirror frame and hair highlights)

This is too unflattering to be my LSotY, but indications are that this is it.
