IP247: Money movement

This clock often comes with Russian or American movement though there are at least ten known. Utata's Iron Photographer challenge 247 asked for compositions with:

1 - a clock (Doomsday clock, measuring time to catastrophe)
2 - something that could be used as a weapon (13 arrows)
3 - b&w
