It does however contain the intended requirements:

but also includes:
4 - not what I had planned
5 - people I will not meet in this lifetime
6 - distorted sense of balance
7 - oh by the way this is volume II, I'm sure volume I is somewhere
8 - what was my name again
9 - I remember now
10 - not many cats were harmed in the taking of this photograph
11 - are you still with me?
12 - have you seen our cat?
13 - I have to go, someones banging on the door
