1. Stacked things (Stones and a Skull)
2. Something that produces a good sound (A wood frog Guiro Rasp)
3. Backlit (Yup!)

I don't always order things on Amazon for Iron Photographer, but sometimes I do!

"Something that sounds good?" Well, I mean, I could have used any number of speakery sound things, but then I realized that percussion instruments are pretty, sometimes.

This is a hollow carved-wood frog with a raspy top that you can drag the included stick across.

I had a long string of skulls just begging to come out and play.

When I go to the dog park, I steal stones.

The beautiful underneath structure is just an unopened bag containing craft implements, and the globe light is one of my favorite possessions of all time: Ikea Globe Lamp, with an LIFX WiFi bulb inside. I can control the heck out of that bulb!

I did shoot HDR, a five-shot bracket. Lightroom does a great job of auto-stacking based on time, and Photoshop does a servicable HDR merge. The only place where I really pulled extra detail was in the skull, which is where I had the lens manually focused, so...yay!
