blurry blankets

For utata ip 278 which requires:
1. windows
2. a vase
3. extreme blur
Here we have three windows, three vases (I don't know if more than one are allowed), various chairs and tables, flowers, a stand with a pile of blankets, and a bin in the background (it's hard to avoid bins in street photos).
Many of our cafés provide blankets on the terrace to keep out the wintry chill.

For the extreme blur, I superimposed two copies of the same photo, one slightly larger than the other.
