Lockdown 2 Day 3

Since Wednesday 5pm, restaurants and cafés are closed, and non-essential shops, and masks are to be worn in public places. I am bewildered by the shops as today in town most of them were open, the department stores, boutiques, florists, bookshops (which are in the "essential" category anyway). As many cafés have left their tables and benches outside, people are buying sandwiches or takeaway meals and sitting on the terraces, or on any available public bench, steps etc. and the streets are as lively as ever.
Did this for iron photographer 310 which requires:
1. Something with wheels
2. Footwear
3. Grain or Noise

Grain added in pp as I didn't have time to start fiddling with ISO settings.
