Just in time for Earth Day

Using only plastic grocery bags and rubber bands, you too can create striking, fashionable, and inexpensive headwear!
In other words, the Iron Photographer challenge this go-round is as follows:
1. Something recyclable
2. Something reused/reusable
3. vignetting
The grocery bags are recyclable of course, and the rubber bands used to make them into a lightweight substitute for laborious haberdashery are reusable. There's a light white vignetting (very light) applied to this to finish it off and another digital absurdity is born. I'm grateful to friends who allow me to use their skulls and senses of dignity.
