Utata's iron photographer 323 asks for photos with:

2. Something blue
3. Cinematic aspect ratio

This Subtractive Filter Harris Shutter Effect image was constructed from three successive frames after warping/registering static details on the background. Moving elements gave colored ghosts, while camera wobble generated additional background details. Hue rotation in Viveza2 gave this color scheme.
