IP 346: Shifty Figurines

Utata's iron photographer 346 asks for photos with:

1) something round(ish) (some faces seem round to me)
2) something brightly colored
3) blurry

Moving camera blur was obtained with a very slow shutter speed and wait-then-drag camera movement.
