This image was inspired by the Utata Iron Photographer Challenge 41, with the following criteria - The elements (chosen with the able assistance of Patrick Lentz) are as follows:

1 - an umbrella
2 - shot inside
3 - cinematic aspect ratio

Not sure how close I am to the cinematic aspect ratio bit, as I only guesstimated this one. At least I know I've got the first 2 just fine. :-)

This is my first Utata IM Challenge. It was an interesting concept - trying to think of a photograph with specific elements in mind.

I feel like I have a lot more I wish to say today, but I think I'll leave it at this for now.

UPDATE: Made it to Flickr Explore's front page (ranked #12, last seen). Wow. Thanks again.
