The 5th Trimester

To be honest I hope I never am due, but then again it would be able to explain the enlarged belly you see before you.

Recently I have had a few milestones regarding fitness: I set a personal record last week; running one of my training routes faster than I ever have done. A few days before that I did my first bike ride of the season. I rode faster and strong than I did all season.

Just one problem; I'm still not losing weight. Grrrr... Time to start a food diary... see if I'm eating more junk than I think I am eating.

I'm actually sore from force my gut to stick out so far for emphasis; I think I've discovered a new workout...

Strobist Info: Vivitar 285HV at 1/8 power camera left with a blue gel fired through a decorative glass block for the background. It flagged to prevent the light from hitting me. Nikon SB-25 camera right with a 1/2 CTO gel at 1/16 power; also flagged to prevent lens flare. All triggered with Pocket Wizard Plus II's.
