One of the pleasures of having a home office for years and then having an outside office only minutes from home is that I got to make my own lunch most days. That was always a treat, since I quickly tire of run-of-the-mill restaurant lunches. I enjoy an occasional pizza, but I seldom buy sandwiches because I like my own better. On this day, I was making a BLT plus avocado sandwich, and after I washed the lettuce I thought, "Aha! Iron Photographer!" That project required a food, stripes, and the camera being slightly out of focus.
