I figured I would take another stab at Utata's Iron Photographer. The requirements for this one:

1) Something Rubber
2) Wire or Sequins
3) Taken outdoors at night.

The wire and rubber band dude might be a bit too much of a mess ... maybe not as recognizable as I hoped.
