This IP has been a lot about mayo and this is a picture of what you need to make it: neutral oil, vinager, pepper, salt, mustard, an egg yolk, a bowl and a whisker. A cat is always handy, but not necessary. Put the finished mayo in some small cocottes and dip fresh vegatables in it, in between tossing your boules and sipping a nice wine.
