The photo is made with two flashes; one with a diffusor, above and to the right and the other reflected in a white umbrella to the left of the cat. The cat and the tv-set was extracted from the background in photoshop. I then made the dots and fiddled around with different layers and blend-modes to achive the above photoshop-sillybusiness.
