For some reason, emptying a full dishwasher has always been one of my least-loved chores, and I'm not even sure why. It isn't hard; it doesn't take very long; and it's not at all yucky. Still, a full dishwasher looms large in my list of undone tasks. I feel a great sense of relief once I've emptied it.
