In March I bought a cheap and cranky Exacta Varex 11a online. It needed patience and attention, but it was obvious I would have nothing but time. Sometimes it decides to viciously chew through sprocket holes, and I have to carefully unravel the film in gloaming red light. Still I like its steampunk structure and how solid it feels in my hand. Karla the spymaster might have had a camera like this.
