This was a three minute exposure over a longer period of time. I only had the shutter during the times when the central ride was in motion. I expected more general illumination of the whole area but to get that result, with a longer exposure, I suspect the fair lights would totally blow-out. The path of the moving lights is so variable that they barely register on the film .
