The suspect, one Auntie Jocelyn is accused of "extreme silliness" that is out of proportion with that which is necessary, according to the six year old accuser, the suspect's neice.

"She is always being silly!" says Rachel "She even believes in fairies. Everybody knows fairies aren't real, right?"

The suspect was released to the custody of her neice, on the condition that she gain access to her Muppet Show DVDs.
