Rope and saddle blanket

This is in the tackle room of my parent's barn. The barn is unused since my Dad sold his cattle. He also has no need for the rope, which was used for roping calves at branding. My Mom told me that my Dad has not ridden his horse in a couple of years, so the blanket has also gone unused. Although my Dad uses these things, they make me think of my Grandpa, who loved horses and was a competitive calf roper.
