Redding, California is known for 2 things: Hot summers and the Sundial Bridge. If you've ever been to Redding in the summer then you know about the first item. The Sundial Bridge was was designed and build by world renowned architect Santiago Calatrava. Ground was broke in 1999 and the bridge was finished in 2004 making Redding a world class tourist destination.
