Opened His Eyes to a Sea Change

It was another beautiful weekend in San Francisco. I went to grab some food on the embarcadero, then went for a holga walk on the piers.

A few days before, we got a new Utata Picture This project (#23). This month's called for a photograph named "Opened His Eyes to a Sea Change", and I was keeping it in the back of my mind in case I'd see something that could work with it.

While walking on Pier 14, I passed by a man fishing, and noticed that despite sunny weather and a calm sea, he was wearing a hooded rainjacket. I thought that perhaps he had opened his eyes to a possible sea change...

Ok now, just cut me some slack willya ? :P
