Bender 4x5 in Waipio Valley

I'd actually set out to do KAP in Waipio, but I wound up with no keepers from the aerials. Before leaving I pulled out my 4x5, set up for this shot, and decided it made a better subject for photography of the camera than using the camera to photograph the scenery.

I did do some more 4x5 that day, but they were almost all macros. The air was just too opaque to make for good sweeping landscapes.

When rotating the back to horizontal for this shot I found out one of the fittings on the back of my camera had come loose. I wound up holding the back in place for the remaining shots, but glued it back in as soon as I got home. Whoops!
